After scheduling, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided. If you do not receive the confirmation, please get in touch with our secretary (WhatsApp).
Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive your zoom consultation link by e-mail.
Always check if the confirmation e-mail did not end up in your SPAM or trash box.

2- Delays of more than 15 minutes will result in the appointment being canceled and rescheduled.
Payment Policy for Appointments
To ensure security and transparency in the scheduling of appointments, we have adopted the following payment guidelines:
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Consultations can be paid for using the following options:
- Face-to-face consultation:Â Cash, PIX, Debit or Credit Card.
- Teleconsultation:Â PIX or PayPal.
2. Payment confirmation
- The appointment will only be confirmed after proof that the amount has actually been paid into the company's account.
- Sending proof of transfer via PIX will not be considered sufficient to confirm the appointment. Only after payment has been identified in our bank account will the appointment be validated.
3. Important
- Proof of false transfers or attempted fraud will be reported to the competent authorities.
- If payment is not identified within 12 hours, the consultation will be automatically canceled.
