How is the procedure performed?
The procedure is performed in a medical office, under anesthesia, after proper asepsis and antisepsis.

How long after the procedure can I resume sexual activity?
A 14-day interval is required after penile filler before resuming sexual activity.
Will my penile length increase?
Erect penile length will remain unchanged; however, flaccid penile length generally increases. This occurs due to the effect of gravity on the penile tissue, which, having greater mass (weight), causes the penis to project more externally.
What is the expected increase in circumference?
The average expected increase in penile circumference is 1.7 cm to 2.5 cm. However, this greatly depends on the initial penile girth and length.
How much filler is needed?

Using less filler is better than having excess and needing to dissolve some of it later, which leads to a waste of time and money.
We prefer that patients gradually increase penile size through sequential visits, rather than receiving a large amount of filler in a single session.
How much filler volume can be used?
The maximum volume to be used is determined by the physician after evaluating the penile dimensions. Excessive product can pose risks to the patient and lead to aesthetically unsatisfactory results.
What does a 2 cm increase in circumference represent?
To better visualize a 2.0 cm increase in penile girth, we recommend performing a simple procedure.
Form a circle using your thumb and index finger, then slowly move your thumb away from your index finger, sliding them apart by 2.0 cm.
Notice how much larger the circle becomes. A 2.0 cm increase in penile circumference is more than you might expect.
How long does the filler last?
Reversible dermal fillers (the low-risk option) have an average half-life of 12 to 16 months.
Patients generally lose about 50% of the filler within the first 12 months, depending on their individual characteristics.*
Patients will need to repeat the treatment (usually with less filler) to maintain the increased penile size.
